REP-0004
A common language
REP gives owners, residents, and practitioners a shared vocabulary for property condition, records, observations, unknowns, priorities, and next actions.
This matters because property decisions often fail when photos, receipts, inspection notes, repair ideas, and owner goals are scattered across texts and memory.
REP-FORM series
A documentation method
The workflow separates inventory, observation, evidence, correlation, findings, stewardship planning, and quality review. That prevents unsupported leaps from “I saw something” to “therefore this conclusion is guaranteed.”
REP-PILOT-001
A learning system
REP uses synthetic examples first, then limited consent-based pilots only after privacy, safety, scope, and approval gates are ready. Pilot work tests usability and traceability; it does not prove universal validity.
